I agree. Sometimes, I let the stresses of everyday life get to me and it feels as if the life force were being drained away.

happiness...
is a way of life...i try to be as happy as possible in my daily life...one day of happiness and positive thoughts can help you to get rid of more problems than 1 months of sorrows and negativism will ever bring you lol that's really true, happy ppl live better and longer!
