There are a lot of people that are full of bluster.  I'm reminded of an overly colorful peacock when I run into them.  But in the end it doesn't really matter because they aren't a threat to me.

hahahaha, I can only imagine. I own a copy of it and must have worn it
out by now...I just laugh my head every single time I watch it, especially when he says that line and the woman just looks so dumbfounded...and the faces he makes, hahahahhaa

Ariala - that scene alone was enough to amek the movie one of my
favourites. Can you imagine how many times I wanted to say such a thing to the in laws?

CB_Andrews - the people I really get a kick out of are those who do not
realize how bad they are at their chosen deception. I've had people tell me that they were very successful businessmen then watched them blog hour after hour after hour. You simply cannot be an ultra successful businessman if you are blogging all day. Wannabes are found in every group.

"Sell crazy some place else." Jack Nicholson in As Good as It Gets, LOL
I sometimes think people feel pretty rotten about themselves to end up trying to convince others about how great they really are, and like you said in your headline, they're probably just trying to convince themselves.

good opst. we all can b.s. on here, but even so, we have to be careful. we have back up or stories with some credentials. the proof is in the pudding. if we know what we are talking about, that will be known through comments and posts. i love the quote..."the biggest argument for Chrisianity are Christains, and the biggest argument against are Christians." It works for any other group of people.
