A & B, yep! You did! I just wish you could have seen him like
I did. He was the most "detailed" apparition I've ever seen.

That is a great story. Now we've met him too. :)

Wow, that's excellent that she figured it out after all this time!  So what did you think of the full-body apparition on the thermal Wednesday night?!?!?

avant, well, I was scared of it when I first realized that
everyone wasn't like that. (I was pretty young) but my mom had to tell me that I was "special." Now, I just see it as one of my talents that I was born with just as some are born to sing, dance, draw, etc. This is just one of my main life purposes. (Even though it can be REALLY annoying for me at times!!)

You have a gift, and it is precious. I'm glad you don't ignore or disregard it.

Krisles, glad you like it. I'll try to write more of them.
I do have some quite interesting encounters.

Cass, she's an, um, well, unique mom!
I am grateful that she didn't write me off as a freak right off the bat. I'm sure the majority of moms (especially back then) would have. She helped me figure out what "it" was and helped me not be afraid of it. (I was at first.) Now, I have strengthened it thoughout the years and learned to use it to help people. I'm not afraid of it anymore. (Well. maybe like, 2% of the time I still am! Long story!) I just feel kinda bad for Mom cause so often it seemed as if she had to "explain" me and/or my behavior to family members that were pretty closed minded. Probably thought I was the daughter of satan or something.

Thanks, Silvermoon. I'm going to try to post more
regularly to this blog. Time (and a bad neck/back injury) has been hindering me from sitting at the computer lately. I have lots of interesting stories. Hopefully, I'll post more soon! Thanks for reading.

What a fabulous mother! I bet her attitude made a big difference to the way you treat your special power.

Quirky, the truth is that this all finally happend AFTER she took me
to 3 doctors. A shrink, the ear-nose-throat doc, and the eye doctor. She tells me she was ruling out any physical explanations before considering the paranormal. I'm kinda glad she did and yeah, she is a cool mommy. Thanks!

cantey, I'm sure it was pretty scary for him (and you!)
Thanks so much for sharing that story! I'd love to hear more.

Thanks, Brimstone! But, I've actually never seen a UFO
but the other stuff, well, it's all I've ever really known so I'm used to it. Now, if you really want to see a ghost or spirit or anything paranormal, you have to "tell" yourself that you WILL see it if it's there. You see, what I tell people is "it's not necessarily whether you can or can't see, it's whether you will or won't." Not everyone will be able to see, but if you keep an open mind, you might.

I think it's really cool that your Mom not only did not DIScourage you from exploring your abilities, but she encouraged you and helped you to develop them. That is one neat mom!!

a friend of mine lived 15 years of his childhood in a house that contained a very disturbing presence. Many times he would see something like what you are describing. An outline of a human form with undiscernable features. He routinely heard voices and conversations in unoccupied areas of the house. I myself witnessed these spirits and found it to be quite facsinating and a little disturbing. But as a child growing up in a " haunted" house, it was terrifying for him.

I love these stories! Unfortunately, I can only imagine some of the things you see. UFOs, spirits, ghosts...I doubt that I'll ever see them because I want to see them so bad!

You are one fascinating individual, SpitFire!
