I am so glad
That I am not the only person who has these thoughts!  I am not a people person and I tend to offend because I refuse to BS.

Sex Rag

People who are people: humanity's hemorrhoids, butt-wads, short-bus people, rubber-room-rejects, pea-brained vegetation, thought's opposite, the other white meat.

Other good names for people who are people...
ass-bandit; bitch-hole, prick-face...the list goes on, and on...my husband could add more.  But that would be negative.  I'm trying to be positive.  Please have a wonderful day Mr. Linguist!!!    ~Ms. Rag~ xo

Sex Rag

This is true.  Other fun names to call people who are people: anal-leak, diseased mongrel, demon spawn, waste-of-space, drain bamaged, poster child for birth control... man, I'm having trouble thinking of more.  This is not a good day for thinking.  Thanks for stopping in, Ms. Rag

Most people ARE indeed morons...

but look at it this way: without such people, we wouldn't actually HAVE the WORD, "moron."  I, myself, find that word, hysterical, so I am glad that morons exist...just so we can have a crazy-ass word like MORON to call them...us...me...you...uh, THEM!    ~Sex Rag~  <---trying NOT to be a moron, but come on!  Who am I kidding!!!...  xoxo

For a man who wants one-on-one....
you sure are mighty high up on that soapbox...lol...Did someone say "suspect"? I don't know...(green slime). I had to watch "You Can't Do that on Television" on the sly because my parents felt it was an evil influence...nevermind the useless crap they were always cramming into their own chowder-heads.  I agree with you on this post.  It's amazing how otherwise, sane, intelligent people seem to slip so easily into the zombie mentality of the yesman when the "majority" opinion spews its collective mouth garbage.  Kudos to you for sticking to your guns!

It's because you're so bright & Irish.  Now that you see the point, maybe you could explain it to me sometime ;-)

Yeah, hermits, like Henry David Thoreau.  My point isn't that I want to be a hermit, it's just that I think individuals are more honest than groups.

I agree, we have to take care of one another, but it's like in "Lord Of the Flies," once we're in mobs, we turn primitive.  We revert back to mindless sheep people.

The good thing....always a flipside....is the synergy of a group...no single person can ever think of it all.  But, I've yet to see a group take responsibility....at least not at first....there is always the single person who steps forward and takes it, for good and bad....but, then usually, some hardy folks will generally back that person up, for good and bad.  We need each other....and that's a fact....cattle that we are!

Krisles

I don't even mean to sound like I'm about it all.  Sometimes these rants must make me seem like I'm looking down my nose.  It frustrates me to know that I might follow some train of thought just because I didn't pay attention to what was on the tracks in front of me.  The bigger the group, too, the less accountability there is.  There's always some leader of the group willing to take the credit when things go right, but when things go wrong, nobody is there willing to take the blame.

thanks for your insight.

You are sooo right...... a committee used to drive me crazy....unless I had absolute control and could just use the members as slaves to do my bidding.....but yeah, people.....and the scariest thing is how people have such a herd mentality sometimes.....husband used to work retail and he pointed out to me years ago....look at malls...people either all go shopping, or they all stay home.....just like cattle, they all go out to the pasture, or they all stay in the corner pen.....
