Jacenta...
Our Halloweens did involve going from house to house but it was an out in the country setting so we were driven around in our parents cars and even one year a bunch of us in the back of dad's pick up with the cattle rack on.  I can tell you it was cold.  One of my friends would make his Halloween candy last until Easter!

food4thought,

If I am going to use hub caps for dinnerware, I want the fancy ones.  ha-ha

Thanks for the Mr. Clean window tip.  Now when did you say you are going to be here to wash my windows?*************  I read your 'about me' page and I see you are a few years older than I am.  I wonder if your Halloweens were like mine, as a child.  My mom use to take us out for hours, using large grocery bags to get a lot of candy.  I can almost hear her say, "go to that house, get more!"  Ha-ha  I'll never forget the blisters on my heals one Halloween when I wore new shoes,  trick or treating with my mother.  Now, it makes me want to laugh, but I didn't find it funny when I was just a little girl.  We had a long way to go before we made it back home and I don't remember, but I bet I ended up carrying my shoes.  I love memories.  Do you have any to share with me?   Thanks for visiting and for your comment.
