I'm with you on this one, scoop, although I, myself, have never been a
cop. Continual stress factors apply here, I'm sure, but it appears the emotions may have gotten the better of the police officers.

Hammock you are right but until you have done it and have been in the
heat of things and your life may be on the line emotions kick in, yes you have to control them but there are times when things get out of hand on both sides, it isn't right but it is life, I know I have been there.

In the heat of the moment anything can happen but the tape doesn't look
good, I know, I was on the job for 26 years and it can be tough to control emotions especially after what they have been through but there is no excuse for that. The AP producer getting roughed up is also bad. Shit happens, but it has to be controlled.
