that's great to hear. it's ironic that most days when i post, what i post about will be the theme. hmmm. i'm glad you were able to take away something from it.

As always, a great post...this time your words strike home & hit a home run.  You've hit a lesson that I've been working on lately (and still trying to learn).  Your input & wonderfully "spoken" post has given me not only thoughts to ponder, but actions to put into place.  Thank you.

What I meant was that the lesson (anger) has nothing to do with the person whom I am angry with; but, at the same time, he has given me the opportunity to experience anger, so it has everything to do with him. It is a paradox of being: He is vital for my understanding of myself. For this I am grateful.

Avant...It's all in how much we value the quality of each precious moment.

that answer lies just beneath the ripples..nothing and everything at the same time. We need to be grateful for everything. Life is as it should be, we forget that. "All  life is sorrowful." always has been always will be. We have to remember to "participate with joy in the sorrows of the world".

Avant,
This has nothing to do with the other, but it has everything to do with the other.
I dont understand this?   these lessons seem true but in the face of certain situations or circumstances it seems mad.Like being grateful is being helpful to yourself , when the world is today the way it is.Not being grateful can be the change for something better.maybe you can clear this.thanks
