Oh, yes, Tandra - It's hard to beat good fresh produce!! There's not always a good selection in my little town, so I go for organic frozen vegetables.

Uck...frozen stuff....it's just so...FRESH. My mom tried to switch us over to frozen vegetables once while in one of her "We're going to eat healthier from now on" kicks, and dinner was a battle every night. Dunno what it is about it, but I can't stand it, LOL.
