If you're not conscious, you shouldn't go driving; even though, driving can be a way to execute actions which are actually not directed by our consciuosness...

I like your question. Even if I was able to stop the flow of the consciousness thanks some some kind of technique, I don't think that it would be possible to give you a clear in the "comment" context. Nevertheless, I can say that learning how to meditate is a good way to achieve this. Thanks for reading and commenting.

I have the opposite problem....or at least I think I do, unless I'm only imagining that I'm thinking....I have a hard time not being consious of my consciousness.  I mean, turning it off....not examining it....like meditating.....just letting the thoughts go as they tell you to.  You seem like you would be able to do that; how?
