- Go to WHY COULDN'T BUSH Jr. HAVE LISTENED TO FATHER'S LOGIC?

Your on some kind of drug that most Conservatives seem to be doing where they get to rewrite the english language as they see fit in order to defend outright lies.
First off, no on, I repeat, no one was for occupying Iraq. The idea was that Bush actually listen to his advisors and to logic and reason and plan the whole thing out so that the occupying does not take long if it happens at all. But Bush ignored everyone who was trying to get him to listen and plan things out. There were many military advisors who said what Bush wanted could not be done and needed more time ot be planned out. So far they have been proven 100% correct. if Bush would have listened and actually been patient things might have gone better, of course by then the truth might have come out that all of what Bush was saying about Iraq was over stated and held little truth to it, so he had to act quickly and could not wait and be responsible and do the right thing for all involved.
With the congress resolution for Bush it also very clearly stated he could not back down on going after those responsible for 9/11, yet he has done just that. According to Congress Bush was not allowed to do this if it would take away from the efforts to go after Bin Laden's bunch. Bin Laden's bunch is still free as can be and to start this war with Iraq Bush had to pull forces away form going after them. Right there is grounds to have Bush impeached if you ask me. He is a traitor to the country by violating a Congressional resolution.
The approval of Bush getting to play out his little war was very much based on misleading information. It was not about them thinking for themselves, but about them believing what was being given to them as the facts of the matter. More and more the truth of all of this is coming out and still Bush backers buy into the B.S. they are feed and defend it all blindly. You, the country na the whole world was lied to by Bush so he could get his war. He is a total disgrace to the country and anyone who is backing him up right now is defending a national insult.

OK, and so you're telling me, Kooka,
that all the Democrats and Republicans who voted in favor of this war were coerced by Bush into declaring war? It's all his fault? None of the Democrats are able to think for themselves?
Yeah, right.
They, like the President, all that the same intelligence and all felt that occupying Iraq was the correct action to take at that time.
