When I started at my current job many of us were proud to try to do more with the little we were afforded.

Now, heroic efforts are rewarded with more assignment with less resources (and time is the most precious) while the powers that be use their time to find fault with the increasingly stressed work they demand.

I'm with ya.

 

Oh, and "Dad, I need to have an elephant costume for tomorrow. Wake up, Dad....".
