I am glad to know that you know there is always a choice. Setting the mind on positive drive is much like switching the car from parking to drive. It is a matter of brain mechanism, lol. Happy that you are happy...it is not an allusion...savor it...for those are few and precious moments.

TO ME IT LOOKS LIKE YOU ARE LEARNING

To listen to the Holy Spirit inside of you. Remember everything good comes from God and eve rything bad comes from satan. He isa liar, that comes to rob, steal and destroy. He comes to take our joy, so we become angry with God and impatient. I have been surrounded by alot of sadness all of my life, but by the Grace of God I have survived them with Him. Without Him I am nothing. It is not a fantasy, I know He is real. I have experienced Him in the past ten and a half years like I have never done in my life. And now I can see how He was always there.

Mysteria...it's so hard to make yourself change the way you are used to

reacting to the negative. But, it's a goal worth working toward. Seems to get easier with age. Good luck to you...I'm walking in that direction as well!
