A blog is the equivalent of posting your journal online and writing in a particular category, whether it is as specific as politics or poetry, or something more general such as opinion where you can share your views on any number of topics.
Therefore, each blog is home for all your writing along a certain theme or category. You may add new posts (entries) to each of your blogs as often as you want. Each new post or entry will show up on top and earlier posts will move down to the bottom.
To change the name of your blog, in case you named it a title of an individual post, simply follow the steps on this Blogit Help page, Making Changes to Blogs located here:
