I hope things look better for you and don't worry about the potty training. He'll come along. My parents told me that they couldn't get me to use the potty until I was about 3 years old! (Did I just admit that out loud?

Symphony.....
Take care of yourself and work at your own pace.. I don't do anything well when my mind is cluttered. I remember telling one of my sons that I knew he wasn't ready for the BIG BOY potty and I was going to put the special bag of lollipops away until it was a better time for him. It didn't take him a day to decide to give the BIG BOY POTTY a try and get his reward.. Just a suggestion.. Good Luck!!

My nephew trained himself at about 3, while on a cross-country bus trip:
he was fascinated by the bathroom facilities in the back of the bus!

how old is your son? i've read where they are not usually ready until 21/2 years. i trained sam at three. they are going to wet themselves a few times before they make the connection, so don't get discouraged.
