You're right...we as humans seem to dwell on the negative much more than the positive.  That's why I try to thank folks as much as I reasonably can, and try to count my blessings (move to an attitude of gratitude, so to speak).

Yes, I'm familiar with many parts of Louisiana...have lots of friends all around that lovely State.  I agree with you, we do seem to have lots of things in common.

boy, do we have a lot in common. i lived in fear and pessimism most of my life, until i realized i was creating all the stuff that was happening. great post. by the way, i grew up in Bossier City, LA. my dad was in the Air Force and retired at Barksdale. are you familiar? we used to take road trips to six flags in dallas. been there many times.
