You aren't going to believe this.....my grandmother's name was Bessie......it gets worse......are you ready.....her name was Bessie Belle......sounds just like a cow!! And Mexican food!! OMG, half my diet is probably Tex-Mex....the other half is seafood....or is that "see food"....seriously, I have been on this queso kick lately - cannot get enough! And, of course.....well, you wouldn't really know this.....at last census 32% of Texas was Mexican, and the part I live in is where the heaviest concentration of the population starts....and so the food and culture all around me is heavily influenced.
