To judge, or not to judge...
Your words are well spoken.  When I judge (whatever), I am judging only that in myself that I need to work on.  My husband has a wonderful image that you reminded me of...when we point the finger of judgement at someone/something, remember that you really have three fingers pointing right back at yourself.

Avant -
 - Judgment of another is forming an opinion about that person. An opinion is a belief held without proof. The only thing we can truly know about another is that they are us. So whatever opinion we have of them, we have of ourselves.
