Its no surprise that Dubya
doesn't have a clue, since A) he was on "vacation," and B) he ain't the sharpest tool in the shed to begin with, now is he? How the heck did we let him be elected president twice?

I swear, this Katrina catastrophe has exposed incompetence at every level and the American people should realize that we've got to do a better job of selecting our government officials.

So the truth comes out. Bush's inability to properly unnunciate (sp?) and pronounce certain words comes from a dominant gene passed down by his mother. Good to know!
