Thanks maggie but that picture was taken at christmas...I have put on some weight since then.

killthebarny killy the barney.....sorry symph, can't budge on the purple one....get him a subscription to National Geographic for god's sake...take 'em to see the vicar, ANYTHING but barney...I won't even capitalize it...how is bloody London's weather these days? Is that what is keeping you in and slowmotivated? Or, are you just having blue days like me?

You look like you can afford some comfort eating, but I'd like to know more about that comfort water drinking. I have a bottle of water going all the time, but I still want to eat - maybe Ann could fill me in. lol

Have you tried comfort drinking of water? It can't replace meals but is better than comfort eating. :)
