Oh and twodog
Both of the computers in my house a very much outdated. This one here I got as a Christmas present some time back and every so often I have found a way to get some kind of up date to it. The one upstairs is 100% hand me down, put together by a friend who repairs computers for a living (He works for a small business even and is making more than he did when he worked for Big Business). Thanks to Big Business not paying fair wages, I have never been able to afford much in the way of luxuries. So that itself is a rather poor example to begin with. I have yet to meet any of these people you talk about who are getting paid fair wages by Big Business, unless they are the spoiled ones who went out and thanks to mommy and daddy (Who were rich because of their ties to Big Business) and were able to get a big time degree at some great school and then were just handed a job by friends of the family in order. There is a social order in this country and those who have the money are not about to be fair to those who do not. If you really think otherwise, then you are as naive as it gets.

To begin with that is the most ignorant of ideas. "Name me one person who can't possible do this who has done this" is really a childish way to try and prove point. ALthough it also does not do anything at all to disprove my point.

So you are saying Big Business has every right to go in and screw up a local economy, causing the higher crime and such because in general they give out he most jobs? Wow, what justification. We might as well allow Big Business to turn us all into slave just because they are so great. Really you logic just does not work. it says that as long as you provide some jobs in order, you still do not have to be responsible for your actions. Hell, if the oil companies make billions this years (Which is their estimated profits) then it is a good thing that they raised their prices and are doing all they can to help cripple our economy, because they are providing jobs. Just because they are not being responsible and controlling the price (Which they could do and still make a good profit, just not as high) because they are providing jobs, even if those jobs are for low pay and really are part of the issues with our failing economy.

Oh, and there are many, many small business that pay fair wages. These are your mom and pop places that are able to do well because they do not have to follow the logic of Big Business. Their shop or restaurant does well, but they have no real desire to be rich or expand and very much are into rewarding their employees. I have talked to a few and they have had to fight against Bib Business trying to buy them out or put them out of business. Such a place scares Big Business for some reason.

No, there really is no logic to your augment. Big business may provide most jobs now days, but that does not mean they should be given a license to be irresponsible and do what they have done to cites like Detroit and Gary. There is no excuse for that and no justification. it is that kind of thinking that has put this country in the economically depressed state it is in right now.

Name me one poor person that ever gave someone else a job. How many small businesses, that employed folks, were driven out of the inner city because of thugs, gangs, and drug dealers? The next time you want a good paying job, just hope on down to the local welfare office and apply. Big business, like MICROSFT, employ tens of thousand of folks, pay pretty good wages too. Goodyear, Goodrich, and hundreds of other "Big Businesses" employe millions of people, and pay pretty good wages. Without big business, I doubt you would be able to afford the computer you use to condem it.
