- Go to I must have Tourette's Syndrome -- I can't stop my mouth from speaking
homegirl -- geez -- thanx for the etiquette lesson
Wouldn't it be a perfect world if people just quietly made the connection with whatever belief they subscribe to?.... but you have missed the point by a country mile. A group prayer that assumes to include me without my consent, does not warrant the common consideration that you are suggesting.

what?
isn't there some medication you can use for disorders like tourettes...
at least so you don't burst into other people conversations... that is what a prayer is...
a coversation between a person and thier God. No one else has the right to interfere.
Heck who bothers you when you are walking down the street talking to yourself and jerking your head?

As I write this response (twitch),
my shoulder is jerking, my neck is writhing (ouch!) and out of my mouth is flowing choppy bits of a nonsensical sort of praise. We'll call it a severe case of Tourette/Glossolalia syndrome and right now I'm praying for a huge "Handsome krishna" miracle. Any suggestions?

Gomedome, Although we disagree, I respect and appreciate
your helping the victims of Hurricane Katrina. Thank you.

homegirl - I would have hoped that you could have done better than that for
a comment. The real disorder lies in fully educated adults believing in fairy tales and somehow thinking that others must support their delusion.
