Strat, Joe_Love, Timmie...I am glad they only asked for my criminal background check from the past two years (It's clean, from South Carolina, anyway!)...had to pay $25 out of my pocket to SLED (South Carolina Law Enforcement Division)...and I am glad they didn't ask me to pee in a cup! However, I was prepared to beg for a thirty day extension, and offer to pay for the second test myself! LOL!!

I'm happy that you have found a company that excites you. I know that there are a lot of people in management for fast food companis that DO make good money. I think the key to making advancement faster is relocation. If you keep your work ethic above standards, show a willingness to give your all to a company, AND are relocatable, you could advance in leaps and bounds.
I like your attitude here. Since so many people DON'T share your attitude, it is so easy in today's workforce to surpass others.
