Time is not the only issue though.
Sometimes these kind of competitions require a thorough understanding of the nature of the entries required and this can take years of watching to understand.
I used to think that everything was about the individuality of the artist.
Now I realise that doing the wrong thing in the wrong place (Like Bali for example-sigh)
Is not an example of high intelligence,
