yes, i think sometimes you have to take a stand and say no. there is a fine line, however, between saying no and attacking. it's very easy to cross and it always leaves guilt and fear in its wake. thanks for the comment.

we keep getting the opportunity over and over to choose again. it's taken me a long time, but i'm finally getting to where i can choose other than just anger.

It is rare that I choose it but on those occasions anything less would be inadequate

it ain't always easy...
i had some reasons to be angry this morning...but i am trying to slow down and stop hurting myself...

Hi avant-garde,
My inner voice always tells me, "now, I must put this into the proper prospective." Most times the situation isn't worth getting hurt or angry about.  Anger hits when I feel I have been unjustly treated, but after considering the source, I must chose my response. Nice post.
