Yeah, I see what you are saying. As we deal in the spiritual world, Ego is discarded. But when we are back among the physical, the Ego cape is put back on. So it is a tool to use when necessary.

--It's like the body, I believe--something that we eventually let go of when we don't need it anymore. Or wb=hen we realize we don't need it anymore. But here and now it too soon to send it away, it is part of the lesson plan! Maybe it's the part about learning to love and welcome the "problem child!'

Same wavelength again - almost maybe! A healthy Ego is necessary for survival in the physical world (not many of them around though), but I believe it gets in the way of reaching our true spiritual self.
