I know that the utilities hate being reported to the Public Services Commission. Your problem with NSTAR is totally insane. I'm currently going through a similar problem with ALTEL with phone billing problems. It IS very frustrating!!

How about the local press, the local district attorney, and your local lawyer? Maybe a class action, let lawyers take all minus paying you for time spent being deposed and waiting to appear, etc.?
PS: I SWEAR I didn't read your post before I made mine this morning! Maybe you could hire an "assistant"???
