that's really interesting.. i can't tell the difference.. i've never eaten a mushroom before.. something about eating something that needs to be shat on and kept in the dark to grow, terrifies me.. ha ha ha... but i do , from time to time, take japanese mushrooms in the form of a pill.... but i keep forgetting...

The only mushrooms I eat are baby bellas and I get them from the grocer...lol
