i think they pull their liscences from where the sun dont shine!! I just got home and i was at a traffic light and turning to the left at the intersection when a car whooped in on my lane and next to me is nothing but poles!! He almost killed me! I honked and swore my head of at him... seriously where do they get their driving liscences from!
