Frakenkitty,
The worst is probably the boy wearing the whitie-tightie with his initials printed on the band....My mother did that to my poor brothers...lol...

Feeling bad for the tightie-whitie boy was
very kind of you. If there were more people like you, highschool would be better for every kid.

I only went to public high school for one year, so I don't know that I can really relate. But, since I was the "pregnant girl" it seemed everyone in my school of over 9,000 people wanted to rub my belly. WTF?

My breasts were sooo small that the boys called me "Great
Plains". I hated that.

Mia - I liked high school even though I was a dork ...
I was the guy who sat next to the girl who didn't shower after PE. Phew!

Mia,
Oh, I remember dodge ball and P.E. in highschool! I hated dodgeball! I too did not want to get hit. Enjoyed reading your list....Hope things turned around for you soon after you left your Alma Mater.

All very valid reasons!
I wouldn't go back because I already had my own apartment, had to go to work and school. Plus I was out of control temper wise!

I even hated lunch...never could sit with the cool kids, although I sat close enough to smell their designer perfume and brand new sneakers. Yeah, what's up with those people who hang on to highschool like that was their greatest accomplishment.

Yeah, high school was pretty lame. Although, I would go back just to fight the bitter bandwidth war between the hackers and the gamers again. Now that was fun. Working tirelessly every lunch hour to destroy the gamers who played their multiplayer games in the library and chewed up all the bandwidth, making it difficult for us to download our music from napster. After a month of brutal bloodshed, we finally found a way to disable their gaming, and peace was once again upon us, and we could download our music free from the fear of gamer bandwidth whoring.

I'm with ya...
There is no way I'd want to return to HS. Once was enough for me. I relived it through my oldest son, and now have to face it 3 more times. Believe me, it hasn't changed much, only hair styles and names. Yeah, and the teachers never caught me when passing notes about the class, always when it was about some cute, popular, way out of my league guy in school. What's truly scary to me are those that still live in their "glory days", they're in their 30s or 40s or even older, still reminiscing about a catch they made in their Jr year.
