Cool whip is similar to whipped cream, except to the best of my knowledge it's a non-dairy product that is frozen. Hope this helps. Here is their website, hopefully that will help a bit more.

oh wow Joe
thanks for sharing. I wanted to ask but didn't dare
All this peanut butter pie talk has had me craving one for a week now.
Sounds a lot like the one my Aunt makes except for the "packet of nut topping" what the hell is that?

Here's one for you: Mini Peanut Butter Cheesecakes
Make a tradtional graham cracker crust mix (crumbs, butter, and sugar - I don't measure anymore but you can find exact proportions on the internet if you've never done that before) but instead of putting it in a pie plate, use a cup cake tin and push into the bottom of each cup.
Add one mini pb cup to each cup cake.
Mix together 2 pkg cream cheese, 1 cup of sugar, and 1/4 cup of flour. When that is smooth, add 2 eggs slowly, one at a time, and a capful of vanilla.
Pour the batter over the PB cups so they are covered completely and bake for 12 mins at 350.
Soooooooooooooo good and it whips together realy quick once you learn to make it.

Joe,
this could be a good pie, but personally I don't like peanut butter. (Funny, that both Americans and Dutchmen seem to be fond of it!) So, if you don't mind, I'll stick to my own recipe for cheese pie.

Now, is this the recipe you gave Anna Belle, or is it the 'real' thing? Hummm????
Tip: the secret ingredient in Chik-Fil-A chicken is dill pickle juice. Marinate the fillets in dill pickle juice, then season with Lawry's Seasoning Salt and bread and fry. Serve on a bun, with mayo and dill pickle slices....tell me if you can taste any difference!

Wow, What brought about the change of heart?
Wow, what happened? I just read a few days ago about Ms. Thang wanting your secret recipe, and you weren't having anything to do with that. Whew, according to my 10 year old, he and my boyfriend Jonathan are the "cookers" in our house...I'm allowed to bake. So, I'll have to try this one out. Thanks for the change of heart, and sharing this top secret recipe.
