What I Know About the National Guard...

...is more than you know about democracy, dictatorship, fascism, history and relevant matters of fact.

Bill Clinton had an IQ of 182.  No, he was not a man of sterling character, but he was brilliant and far more able than the entire cabal this administration has amassed to run this country into a ditch.  In a character contest, I know I could trust Bill Clinton to do what is best for the country than the present idiot.

Franklin Roosevelt saved capitalism from itself.  But the goo-heads who tried to take over the government before FDR took complete control over them are the same ones destroying American government and economic stability at the present time.  That is what is relevant.  That is the point that has enough gravity to bend all other facts in its direction.  If FDR made any error in judgment, it was that he chose to compromise with the so-called, "captains of industry," rather than throw them all in jail for treason.

The national guard should be just that: national.  Not international.  They should be troops of last resort, not a resource that we utilize instead of combat-ready and somewhat-adequately equipped ground forces.  Sending the National Guard is just another way to kill-off veterans so as to avoid caring for their needs, post conflict, and another way to fight a war on-the-cheap.

Grow up.  You've been lied to, manipulated and used for a cause that is so far from noble it hurts to even consider.  But that's why they're doing it in just this way...operating in the shadows of the human ability to feel and make sense of the world.  Thank the Nazis for their contributions to this apostacy.

Volaar

It is obvious you know next to nothing about the National Guard. If you would take the time to research the subject you would find the National Guard receives federal funding to upgrade equipment and training in order to attain the combat readiness necessary to prepare for activation. This isn't something new, the National Guard served honorably in every war this nation has ever been involved in.

Air National Guard pilots flew combat and support mission in Vietnam. Selected Army National Guard units served there as well. National Guard units were the first to face the German attack at the Battle of the Bulge.National Guard unites were mobilized and went to war during the Gulf War.

The National Guard has worked extremely hard to acheive the readiness capability to join their active duty brothers and sisters. Had it not been for the deep cuts in military personnel during the Clinton presidency, perhaps National Guard and Reserve Military forces would be less committed to active duty today.
