Tidiness
I can't work if my place is untidy.
So every now and then I have to go through the act of tidying up the joint so that I can concentrate.
I liken this to creating a Pathway in photoshop.
One simply cannot do a graphics art assignment in Photoshop unless the
Pathway is cleared and the images to be used are tidied into their appropriate folders.
I love the feeling of having the whole office cleared and uncluttered.
It feels more breezy some how,

Hi Quirky
My root stock is Irish. (Murphy - not my fault)
BUT
I have replaced Anything that can go wrong
Will go wrong
with
If I work my spiritual programme
What is mean to happen, will happen.
It would have happened anyway
Mind you!
But now I don't worry about it.

Time
For Me....time mangaement is about
- Making the stress buster the topic
- so that when I have rid myself of the stress
- I have already done the work
- so that the stress is disappearing.
- However - according to that as a theory
- in the end there would be no need for the art
- which gets rid of the stress.
- This is stressful of course
- and so the visioning would begin again
- only this time it would be about the 'empty well'?

Visioning is a good idea but I'm too busy. I just do it!

For example
imagine a
place that you love.
When time is stressful you can go back there as a (resistant) anchor for your feelings

Visioning
I guess I mean we work through an issue such as fear, and then use guided imagery to imagine an anchor point that will help us to choose to be released from it.
That is a loose description,
