You are either knee deep in writing or you need a new filing system, word.smith. Congratulations!

TF, a fair amount of the stuff I hear around me
comes from our mixed Jamaican culture...When someone sits in front of us driving slowly, they are encouraged to pull their finger out of their a** and drive. Being kicked up the clacker (butt) is Australian in origin.
Me too TF, I'm a social animal so when I have time, I spend it reading and commenting. I gotta take my son to book club later, plus buy some more books for school so here I am making hay while the sun shines.

I like that one...'pull my finger out'. I never heard of it referred to as a clacker. Is that terminology used on the island? You see, I sit around quite a bit never getting anything done as this comment reflects. I should heed your good advice but I'll go get a cookie instead.

If the article hasn't left you alone, it's a pretty good sign that you're supposed to write it.

Yes, Dreyma, there is definitely hope for us.
It's just that sometimes I have more energy for writing than at other times. It's the same with submissions. Sometimes I'll do 5-6 in a row and then nothing. I've learnt to live with my erratic cycles.

CONGRATULATIONS!
As I turn green with envy.....but still, that is so great that you will publish an article! Its very encouraging to see someone else besides me dealing with the same sort of procrastinations that I have. There is hope for us, isn't there?
