there is nothing to perfect; only seeing what is happening and understanding that the opposites are necessary for understanding where we are and what we are creating.

through vizualization?

what you refer to as brutal honesty is an attack made out of judgment against oneself. what we see as flawed we will attack and condemn in another, in order to escape the guilt and 'sin' it carries. as for God, belief is not necessary when direct experience of immortality has taken place.

yes, but part of perfecting is seeing and owning imperfection of perception. one can never be perfect, but one can see the perfection of design.

I have to disagree with your definition of sin.  Admiting we are flawed and imperfect as human beings is brutal honesty.  And as for lacking the ability to communicate with God.....well, that's assuming there is a God to communicate with.

A sin or a "mistake" shows us...
that we are far from perfection...

Avant -
Sin - missing the mark its true definition -is exactly what you said. Nothing but misperception of who we really are. Great job!

yes
morality among our society is declining, and it's from the same judgments that declares sin a reality.

avante-garde, it does surprise me what is regarded as sinful these days and very often the truly sinful are praised
