I wish I could blow some of this cool your way! It is very refreshing...and the green is sooo gorgeous - but, really, these dang deer are very demanding!

Oh sure - it's gorgeous for you but did you
See the latest mud slide pics from California??? Autos were buried in 3 or 4 ft of mud...nasty mess.

The deer are coming
because they sense a kinship with you.  Anyone who reveres nature in such a beautiful, poetic way must be a beacon to these gentle creatures!  Lovely post.  I felt I was right there--your description of your surroundings has a magical, Mists of Avalon quality to it.  I love the rain... you brought its sweet droplets to me here on the hot, sunny California coast.  I've been running around flinging windows open, turning fans on full blast and kicking off clothes since I got home from work.  Your post was soooo refreshing.  Ahhh... Thanks.

Thank you...and there are so many lights on this laptop, you'd be happy! The deer are too evil to one another to unionize...the male battle with their horns, the females up on their hind legs...it's rather funny, actually.

Another very restful piece.  You've got a good thing going down there.  Ha, watch out for those union deer

Thank you. I brought the rain with me from KC...it was so dry and brittle when I got here, and has rained almost constantly since I arrived.  The air is cool and so refreshing....I just love it!

Good analogy! They are like children...knock things over and make a mess... Thanks for reading.
