Ariel, it does make me think hard,
having to make the best use of words that I can, since I'm prone to longwindedness. I do agree that this exercise was a challenging one. I signed off at just a little over 1500. I gave up trying.

I used to write fiction for a magazine that no longer accepts it, and their limit was 1,500 words. now, that was a real exercise in discipline and brevity. But I was amazed at how good it made the stories
