taps, the law is re-written to include a specific type of voyeurism in the
public forum. If someone is apprehended with a secreted mini-cam
and there is a complaint, then they could be charged with sexual harrassment. Plus the upskirting websites should be as illegal as kiddie porn.

taps, you are right. However, with the new technological age this breach
of privacy, in the public forum, represents a new level of innocent curiosity: sexual harrassment. My daughters are worth the fight.

Well, kingmi, upskirting (without the tiny cameras) has been around since boys were little. If we could find some way to get rid of that, the "boys" would just think up something else, probably twice as bad. Mind you, I am not condoning this and I would probably want to kick someone that I caught doing it, but good luck on getting rid of it.
