Hemlocker, we are also
focused on what goes on in our heads, especially when on the computer, we forget our bodies are attached.

Ciel, It's not too late
to go back and find it.

MayB, I can see myself now
rambling around my house talking to myself, but I'll be standing tall, like your gram:-)

Thanks, cynthia
for reminding me, a not-so-young person anymore, how important posture is, especially when typing away at the computer. Hemlocker

I left my center of gravity somewhere in the locker-room in high school
I think...  Haven't seen it since...

Cynthia, it makes me think of my grandmother with her ramrod straight back even when she was old and afflicted by Alzheimers

MayB, It just takes a little
concentration. People think I'm younger,(especially at a distance) & taller than I am because of my posture. Try it.

Majroj, have I got you
talking to yourself? Maybe you should listen to what that guy has to say;-)

There's no time like the present.
(Gee, ya think, Majroj?).

As odd as this may seem, there are those of us(including myself) who can't.
While I can (could?) mimic a tune after hearing it once or twice, I am incapable of watching/mimicking/remembering sequences of bodily movement. Like being tone deaf, I guess. This has been a source of frustration for my wife all our married lives.
