twodog makes his living by tracking down everyone who doesn't toe his line, and overwhelming them with so-called "research." I could direct you to many sites too. You need to do your homework if you want to deal with apologists like twodog. I really don't see how anyone with conscience and the ability to think independently, could defend anything this administration has done. Hang in there. Knowledge is power! Hemlocker

Do me a favor, zoke, get on-line, Google if you have it, and type in, "The Downing Street Memo," print and read it. Then, type in, "David Manning," print and read the second of the seven so called Downing Street Memos.Form you opinions on fact, not the spin of the day. I have all seven of the so called "Smoking Gun" memos, and only one is actually critical of the initial reasons for the resumption of hostilities in Iraq.
Do me another favor, get back on-line, Google, and type in, "The United Nations Special Commission Reports Iraq." Type in "United Nations Monitoring, Verification and Inspection Commission Iraq." You might be surprised what you'll find in the actual documents, and not what someone tells you it says, about weapons of mass destruction. You can also type in "International Atomic Energy Agency Reports, Iraq." and learn the truth about Saddam Husseins nuclear weapons program.
But, of course, that would require you to accept the truth about Saddam Hussein's effort to thwart the United Nations numerous resolutions including United Nations Resolution 687 that governed the conduct of Iraq after the cease-fire, and his chemical and biological weapons programs.
