calebs_blogger -- that's great, that meta tag page was built just for that
purpose. As for people seeing Jesus "around" for 40 days ...don't you know a whopper when you hear one?

I just wanted you to know

I made good use of that URL you sent me for generating meta tags the other night.  I went around adding a bunch to my web pages.  Thanks for your help!

As for this post... you and I will have to agree to disagree.

I hope you will allow this one dissenting comment.  I took particular note of the comment about no witnesses to the resurrection.  While it may be true that nobody was looking inside the tomb at the very instant when Jesus came back to life, the Bible does state that many people saw Jesus die on the cross and then later saw him in person on earth for a period of 40 days prior to His ascention to heaven.  So, for believers at least, there were plenty of witnesses.  Sorry, no video tape for scientific analysis.  It must be taken on faith.

you're right

we don't know

all we have is the gospels

nothing else

and then we have the gospels filtered through men's perceptions

and as a result we don;'t have what really was
