Easy Question, Madame_P.O.
One need not be a "fan" to want to know about something, eh? I'm not a fan of a particular author, but I might have read someothing about that author in the news and wanted to check something out on my own. It's also an interesting site from a web designer's point of view, so someone who designs webs might want to look at it. Many reasons, too many to mention individually, would make it reasonable for a non-fan to visit a Harry Potter-related web site.
