How kind and sweet of you. Are your body memories coming from massage or dance or what? They are fascinating things, aren't they? I'm glad you got into this with me...and you are so very welcome for your comments...sincerely submitted.

Thank you...I'm glad you could enjoy even with your fear of deep water. It was kind of coincidental to write this and then read your post. I wanted to tell you that I had such wonderful memories of the water...wish you could. Thanks for reading along with mine.

I'm not surprised you cry a lot, too....I think it is good for us.  I think there are some things that I will never "get over" .... like these memories.  They are things that I will simply occasionally bring up and enjoy...it wasn't really so much painful...I think the tears were as much from catching me offguard as anything.

I knew you would understand...I want Usual to explain to me how it works..it it endorphins? I do love to have a good cry like that and never try to block it...but I am somewhat perplexed...why the water ski memories haven't come up before when I am staring down at the dock where we kept the boat?!

Krisles

aaaw...this is SO lovely   I am in many ways going through body memories, as I have heard them called, myself.  It is so cathartic...so mysterious.  So true but yet to be fully acknowledged by mainstream or studied at any great degree.

BTW  Thank you SO much for your yummy rapping fan mail

wOw... you sure know how to touch a soul

Perplexing what can bring back a flood of memories like this...
Thanks for sharing them with us....I cry alot too, but not as much lately. Maybe I'm getting "over" some things, as we all need to do from time to time.
