Dreyma -- you I am sure can identify with my motives
My strict religious upbringing was insanity personified by priests and nuns with 18th century attitudes. Satan was everywhere and responsible for everything that went wrong in the world. Science and discovery was evil, challenging any of this nonsense meant that you were in league with Satan. It was going to be over my dead body that my kids would be exposed to anything such as this.

Water to a drowning man
Good luck in your crusade! I come from a very religious background and still have moments where I feel like I am being drowned in bible pages and miscellaneous scriptures. Its reasurring to hear about someone else making a stand for their childrens' sake.
