All you should need to do is add a slash before the ">" sign, e.g.
<img src="http://www.blogit.com/Blogs/Picture.aspx/mikebrown/Adventures%20of%20Mike2" />
This is because the code in a template needs to follow the latest HTML guidelines. I apologize for the inconvenience.
If the picture still doesn't show up, please let me know and I will take a look at your template.

DAMN it still worked
this time, ill omit the "g" in "img". other than THAT why wouldnt this work.
