Hi Dee2206.....I liked this post...
I've been working out w/ 6 lbs. dumbbells for each arm for years now, and I have to say, it has toned my arms and kept the dingle-dangle underarm junk in check. And it is good for the bustline, etc. I know 6 lbs is not much, but I like skinny arms so I just tone them this way. Very informative post!

Amazing, a lot of women continue to believe the "old wive's tale" that weight training makes you look all "man-ish".
