Kielbasa is a type of polish sausage it is usually curled and shaped like a coil. There is a low fat variety that doesn't taste too bad. It is also fairly inexpensive. You could probably use a British sausage, but it would take longer to cook. Kielbasa is already cooked like an American hot dog. Costco might have it in the UK.
