His angel there has been calling our house throughout all of this. He asks all the time: "Is your boyfriend there?" This guy didn't know spouse was doing this. For his purposes, he thought it was wonderful.
I find it curious that they didn't interview my son and me. They went to girlfriends from colleg..but not us.

This is the kind of behavioral profile that costs you a security clearance, specifically the running up of debt without regard to meeting likely post-divorce obligations.

Gets better
I have a child who I moved to this area away from our family, and he's a senior this year. I just want to get him through. Just found out the guy is renting (unless he has a special angel) a house that just sold for $240,000. I can't imagine the rent on that. That's for him and a dog. I have the son, a 10-year-old dog, 2 cats, 2 birds here. The kicker is, if he gets pushed, since he's run before (4 engagements counting me, 3 fathers, 2 names), there's no doubt in my mind, he'll drop his 100k a year job, plead poverty and move in with his sister. It's just creepy. I'm not even looking to come out of this with what I came in with. I know it's not happening. Even if he just signed the house over to me with the bills, I'm not sure I could refinance the home with the small amount I make. The lawyer seems pretty convinced that we can stay here a year with him paying all or most of the mortgage. The BGE bill is one week's salary for me. He pushed me to take any old job, and now I'm at about 1/4-1/5 what I was at. It was money coming in to apply to bills, yet I could operate freelance at the same time continuing with the book and editing the books of others. Sigh. Just been a bad night. Sorry all. It DOES fit into the Can You Believe This? For me, anyway.

that completely sucks..... it is quite self indulgent.... you shouldn't have to be the one to pay the price for his ill motivated decisions...
