Mihail Lari...Costco appears to maintain low overhead costs; or, they did some years ago when, for a newspaper I covered their upcoming opening of a new store in Oakbrook, Illinois. When I phoned Costco headquarters and asked for the PR department. They said that they did not have one and connected me to the President of the company for the interview. He also may have wanted to deal with that kind of stuff himself.
