I honestly do not know.
It is one of Bush's decision so it scares me greatly.
When Bush does anything it makes me wonder just how dark things are going to get before we get the needed changes to help the country instead of ruin it.

Well, one can hope that we can fight a holding action....
against tyrrany, or, one could hope that the worst happens soonest - that way a true revolutionary fervor might actually take root. Which do you suppose would be most effective in the long run?
