The kids are pretty much grown aren't they?  There was obviously a time in there when you weren't eatin' a lot of sandwiches! That's a kinda cute observation, though....at least for a certain time period don'tcha think?! Thanks for readin'.

One of the good things about having had horrid things happen to you at a young age and having survived ...you thrive!! I mean that...it has given you wisdom at a younger age and will serve you well...and help you to help others.

I'm so glad you like....I review them periodically....I'm not really one for negative self-talk, but view it like looking at pretty things...good for me.

Krisles, I think I better write some of these down for my own use ( LOL)

I don't know about the sandwich thing though. When I first got married my waist size was 32. Now 4 children later and an increase of 6 inches in the waist,  I wonder the hell went wrong?

I use this one as the main rule in my marriage

Learn to pick your battles. Ask yourself, "Will this matter one year from
now? How about one month? One week? One day?"

This is the advice I give when someone asks how I manage to have the marriage I have.  My belief is that if it isn't going to make a difference or something that will bother me on my dying day, then it's probably not worth fight over.  Seems to work
